Consultations
A consultation is a conversation about your project: what you want to do, what data is involved, and which options fit. It is a good first step before a grant, a new kind of data, or a move to a new system. To request one, email us with a few sentences about your work, the data (and its protection level, if you know it), and your timeline.
Suggestions in a consultation are guidance. What a service provides is set by its published terms and, where relevant, an MOU.
Office hours
Research Computing holds online office hours, currently on Wednesdays from 10 to 11 a.m. (Pacific). The schedule can change, so check Slack or email us for the current link before you join.
